One of the greatest challenges in manufacturing a product out of recycled material is consistency. We have addressed this challenge by becoming recycled plastic processor. We receive, sort, shred, grind, clean, blend and then mold. The material that we do not have current orders for is sold to a variety of other manufactors. When we work with another plastic company to recycle their scrap they expect us to take it alll, whether we can use it or not. In addition to manufactoring products from this stream we have developed systems to clean up this stream so other companies can use it. We are committed to "Green" products and processes and are proud of the fact that we have helped serveral larged companies first identify and define their waste stream and then develop methods to minimise and purify that stream. We have also discovered that gaylord boxes take up alot of room. Offered below are some of the materials that either are not appropriate for our process or exceed our current requirements for material. From our oversized warehouse we are able to offer ongoing truckload quantities, smaller gaylord qualtities and smallest craft size quantities.
