We developed a molding system for the following shapes in response to a particular customer that always wanted to order a profile we did not make. The basic mold system is twelve feet in length and creates a part, depending on the formula (shrinkage), between eleven foot six inches and eleven foot ten inches long. A later innovation allows us to create a few of these profiles in a sixteen-foot length.

These parts are seamless, have square edges, and can be manufactured in a variety of formulas. These parts have been used in commercial decks, bulkheads on the ocean shore, water parks, Grand Scale Railroad ties, wall bumper boards, raised garden beds, and a variety of other applications that demand a squarer piece of material.
