Curb Blocks for Concrete Trucks

This ramp was designed to help concrete trucks get over city curbs easily, without damage to the curb.

Plastic Container Foot

We made these out of HMWPE in six foot sections and our customer milled them into one foot long pieces. The problem they were trying to solve was fork-truck damage to the feet of a blow molded container. Apparently our product was too good, when a fork truck hit the foot, our part transferred the impact to the container and damaged the container.

Caustic Tank Base

These 8x12, 6x12, 12x12 timbers were used by a manufacturer as the foundational base for an extensive caustic solution operation.

Process line mounting pad roof

These two foot by two foot pads were used by a contractor to mount process lines on a rubber roof above an FDA manufacturing facility. The rounded edge keeps the pad from tearing the roof during normal expansion contraction.

Blocking

These heavy 4x8 two foot long pieces are used by a local steel company to stack their inventory of channel and tube without worry of falling or the expense of constant replacement.
