Turtle Posts

Custom designed post used to extend highway barriers protecting nesting rare sea turtles from crossing highways in Maui, Hawaii. These posts remain stationary in sand, have an easy to build on design, have more strength with less material than standard posts, are strong and long lasting.

These posts can be used with raised garden beds.

Green alternative to wood: Saves forests and the wildlife that are dependent upon them. Avoid chemical use for preserving wood. Our product is long lasting, insect resistant and will not rot.

Large Boat Trailer Rails

We designed the molds and produced three different sizes of “boat trailer rails” for a contractor working on a military contract. They are 12 and 14 feet long and weigh up to 140 pounds each. The military liked them so much they ordered a bunch extra to retrofit previously constructed trailers.

Turf Curb

We designed the molds to produce this part to finish off an Astroturf installation. The holes we milled were used to fasten the edge to the ground and the end holes were used to make them fit up to each other in a straight line. The turf was then stapled to the edge of our part to give a secure and attractive finishing touch.

Sign Post

These were made for a outside display sign company using a special formulation and custom color. These structurally reinforced post do not bend in the sun.

Shipping Runners/Skids

One of our customers buys 67” four by fours to mount plasticized plywood on and then use as a international shipping skid for their high dollar machinery.
