To date, we have created custom parts for a number of new applications in a variety of industries.

Our flow-mold process creates a “skin” of Polyethylene on our products, which is resistant to most caustic environments. Polyethylene is hydrophobic and does not hold moisture so it is appropriate for use in mold or bacteria susceptible environments.

We have also achieved some unusually strong and durable parts using standard "polymer" compounding techniques that we have borrowed from some of our local compounders. We look forward to helping you to make your products and processes more competitive.

CUSTOM PROFILES

Let us know your need and we will create a custom mold just for you. Using our CASTplastic™ material and our flow-mold process, we have the ability to create a limitless number of applications which are all completely durable and safe. However, the minimum dimension is 1.5”. Our process does not do “thin” at all.

Our unique mold systems can produce profiles any combination of four finished edges:

bull nose, square, v-groove, v-tongue
on SPECIALTY CASTplastic™ lumber
from 2” x ( 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12” )

CUSTOM FORMULAS

Additionally, because we use a variety of mixed plastics, we have the ability to customize our formula for specific uses. We can alter the flexibility, density, strength, and surface texture to give you a product that is exactly what you need. We can also achieve a high level of accuracy and precision.
